Water for the World in partnership with Pat Drill has commissioned a new mud pump that has capacity for drilling more than 200 meters. Mud pumps are used to circulate drilling fluid through the mud circulation system while drilling.

The new mud pump was commissioned in Kataboi, Turkana County, on June, 25th 2020 and performed exceptionally well by drilling 80 meters in record time and achieving a yield of 20,000 litres an hour. W4W continues to invest in new technology and capacity to serve clients and partners efficiently.
